For filling:

2 medium sweet potatoes, skinned and chopped
1-cup raw cashews (soaked 2 hours)
15 dates, pitted, softened
½ tsp., cinnamon
1/3 tsp. nutmeg

For pie crust:
2½ cups raw almonds
¼ tsp. sea salt
½ cup    dates, pitted

Blend filling ingredients in food processor until smooth. Set aside.

Process almonds and salt until coarsely ground. 

Add dates and process until mixture begins to stick together.
