High in fiber, potassium, iron, protein, beta-carotene and antioxidants -- and no refined sugars in sight.

-2 cups cooked sweet potato
-1 cup black beans
-8 dates, soaked and pitted
-6 TBS cocoa powder
-6 TBS natural peanut butter
-1/4 a cup of maple or date syrup
¼ a cup of coconut flakes (optional)
