The sour cream was pretty good. I doctored it up a bit with some garlic and spices and it worked perfectly for my dish. The only thing I would suggest and would wish for is an option for smaller containers of it (for other sauces as well). It's a lot of sour cream for one or two people to go through in two weeks (the use by date). If it lasted longer after opening, it could work too. I feel like it's not economical for us to get it because we will throw the unused away, and I probably won't order it again because of that.
