Makes great sandwiches!
I slice it to put on whole wheat bread with some no-sugar ketchup or even some stone ground mustard, add some greens and it reminds me of a good old fashioned, cold, next day, leftovers, meatloaf sandwich…..but good for you! I’ve only eaten it this way but can imagine it would be good in a tofu scramble or in a pasta dish as your protein. Tasty!!
