I haven't had rice pudding in years and I find it comforting and soothing. It is a dessert that doesn't cause me to have a sweet tooth.

Flavor it up: Add a little extra non-dairy milk, raisins, or vanilla
Spice it up: top with cinnamon and/or nutmeg
Chocolate: Mix in cacao powder
Refreshing: Top with fresh fruit
