I don't like to cook and I tend toward minimalism. If I don't eat it cold, the most I do for prep is heat and maybe add greens or frozen veggies. I am so grateful that someone shops and chops for me; then I just have to open and eat! These prepped meals keep me honest as I drive home through the gauntlet of standard American fare. Knowing that true satiation is moments away interrupts the high health price of instant gratification.
