I was not expecting to like the Lentil Dhal and Quinoa, but I liked it very much and will order it again. Usually I cook oatmeal for breakfast. I was in a hurry when I ate this, and I popped it from freezer to microwave, got it thawed enough to removed the wrap, then transferred it to a ceramic bowl to complete cooking. To make 1 serving a full meal, I would need to add a couple pieces of fruit. As it was, I ate the whole thing in one sitting which was really too much food, but it was so tasty! Nice item to add variety.
