Big fan of Engine 2 Cookbook and foods, so I feel right at home with this cookbook. I've only made 1 recipe so far, mushroom gravy, but it was wonderful. I enjoyed it on Mamasezz Gardyners Pie and baked potatoes. Ramen bowl and a desert is next on my to do list. Beautiful book with lots of photos and healing delicious menus. This book is a keeper.
