My 12 year old who has never eaton garbanzo beans and rarely quinoa (and only if snuck in white rice) loves this!! No better recommendation as she is a picky eater in general. I heat it up in the microwave, add a little salt, (and for my 12 year old), a little bit of vegan butter. I will continue to order this.
