Expertly cooked grains and chickpeas start your bowl, then you add your own roasted veggies and sweet or savory ingredients for an infinite number of combinations. Make tasty lunches and dinners in minutes -- endless recipes for buddha bowl combinations limited only by your imagination!

Garbanzo Beans, Brown Rice, Quinoa

100% Plant-based, Dairy-free, Gluten-free, NON-GMO

Veggie Fried Rice: Cook with frozen veggies, and a splash of tamari and garlic powder.

Grainy Salad: Add ½ to 1 cup to beef up any salad. Buddha Bowl: Use as the base for roasted, raw or steamed veggies. Top with tahini, or oil-free sauce or dressing.

Burrito Bowl: Heat and mix with taco seasoning. Top with ½ a cup of black beans, ¼ cup of corn, and freshly sliced tomatoes and avocado. Squirt with a little lime juice. Optional: add sauteed peppers and onion.

Bulk up Soup: Add 1 cup of MamaSezz Buddha Bowl Base to any bowl of soup. Tastes best with broth based soups and curries.

Grain Bed for Veggies: Heat with lemon and parsley, and use as a bed for roasted asparagus, brussel sprouts, green beans or broccoli.

Healthy and easy

This base makes meal creation a breeze. My favorite is to use as part of a bowl that has layers of spring mix, arugula, shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, pumpkin seeds and a sauce such as the MamaSezz pecan balsamic dressing. I then top with the base, and any roasted, steamed and/or raw vegetables I have on hand. A little more dressing and this is a meal that makes me very happy. Hot or cold, this base is a great way to make healthy meals quickly without sacrificing taste or convenience.

Delicious and Healthy

I found this to be one of my favorite things and will order it regularly. It's a neutral base with a great combination of precooked quinoa, brown rice and chickpeas that you can add anything to mix it up with a variety of veggies and dressings for different healthy bowls. I will definitely be eating more bowls because of this. Today I added Persian cucumbers, Kalamata olives and tomatoes and topped it with a homemade oil free Greek dressing. It was delicious!

Buddha Bowl

Too plain. On the other hand , the Lemon Pepper Strips were over the top too lemony! We found them difficult to eat because of the overwhelming lemon—surely not intended.

Best Buddha Base EVER!

I love how easy it is to use this buddha base. Protein is already included too! I usually add frozen mixed veggies and par with Asian style sauce or a homemade honey mustard. Sometimes I add salmon on the side or tofu for an extra filling meal.
