This soup is incredible. It has such a good consistency and is so hearty and filling. It has an almost spicy peppery kick to it that makes it tastes even better!

Cheezy Baked Potato: Heat 1 cup and enjoy over a baked potato. Optional: Sprinkle with nutritional yeast or add additional steamed broccoli.

Casserole: Add to any lasagna or tetrazzini as a creamy layer.

Soup: Heat and enjoy topped with roasted broccoli, and/or nutritional yeast.

Creamy Soup: Blend until creamy for Cream of Broccoli Soup. Optional: Add steamed spinach before blending for a nutrient boost!

Over Grains: Heat and enjoy over brown rice.
