Do I have to do the full four weeks or can I do this for only one or two weeks?
You can pause or stop at any time during the four weeks. The meals and meal plans are designed to give you optimal results when completed in order. However sometimes it is not always possible to complete 4 weeks in a row. You can pause anytime and pick up your plan again when you are ready.
