Hippie Burger: 1 patty, Sliced tomato, sliced avocado, arugula, sprouts, and dijon mustard.
French Onion Burger: 1 patty, caramelized onions (saute sliced onions in water. When they start to stick and brown, add a little more water. Do this until onions are soft and brown. Add a splash of balsamic vinegar, and cook until liquid cooks off for extra sweet and tangy onions), arugula, and a grilled portobello mushroom cap or slices marinated with low-sodium tamari.
Tropical Burger: 1 patty, 1 slice of grilled pineapple (toss on the grill or broiler until it starts to sizzle), a thin sliced of red onion, arugula, sliced avocado, BBQ sauce.
