Southwestern Lazy Lasagna
Lazy Lasagna is a staple product in my a la carte bundle not only because it is quick to prepare and tasty as is, but also because it is easily and readily adaptable for different versions. One of our favorite variations (so far) is to add chili powder, cumin, garlic, nutritional yeast, sliced green olives, halved cherry tomatoes, and chopped green chilies (or topped with jalapeño slices) for a southwestern flavor.
