What I would make if I had the time
I love having this marinara on hand. It is fresh, chunky, full of veggies and bright tomato flavor. It stands deliciously on its own over pasta, but I have used it as a base for sautéed scallops or shrimp, and when I’m going full veg, it’s great over MamaSezz veggie loaf, made simply into “meatballs “ with a cookie dough scoop, lying atop steamed spinach.
