A healthy take on an old school favorite with just the right amount of sweetness. Pour some Millie’s Chili over it for a nutritious comfort food lunch your whole family will love.


Add to Bundle

INGREDIENTS: MAMASEZZ CASHEW CREAM (WATER, CASHEWS, LEMON JUICE, MAMASEZZ DATE SYRUP (WATER, DATES)), CORNMEAL, RICE FLOUR, WATER, RAISINS, MAPLE SYRUP, CORN, APPLES, FLAXSEED, APPLE CIDER VINEGAR, SEA SALT, BAKING SODA

100% Plant-based, Dairy-free, Gluten-free, NON-GMO

Breakfast Porridge: Heat ½ of your crumbled MamaSezz Cornbread with ½ a cup of plant based milk and heat for 90 seconds. Optional toppings: cinnamon, raisins, fresh fruit.

Grilled: Grill cornbread, or broil in the oven until it begins to brown. Drizzle with date syrup, or maple syrup .

Nutty: Heat cornbread and smear with your favorite all natural nut butter. Optional: Top with raisins.

Stuffing: Cube, and use in stuffing.

French Toast: Dip in a flax egg mixed with cinnamon, non-dairy milk, and a little vanilla. Pan fry in a non-stick pan and enjoy.

Yum

I must admit, I was a bit concerned when I read 'raisins' in the ingredients list. I love raisins, but not in cornbread. However, I believe the raisins are blended to use to sweeten this, as I did not have whole raisins in mine. The cornbread is pretty good alongside Millie's Chili. It is a wee bit dry, but still very decent. I will order it again.

A bit dry

The flavor was good but we didnt love it because it was a bit too dry for us….I know cornbread is often on the dryish side so maybe not so unusual.

Very good!

The cornbread is a little dry because it’s not made with oil. That didn’t bother me at all. I ate it with Millie’s Chili (another favorite) on top, and it was delicious. I have ordered more.
