All the veggies and quinoa cooked to perfection. This stack has enough protein and nutrients to power your play all day long and it tastes great. Feel free to dress it up with Mama’s Mac Sauce or round it out with a side of MamaSezz Mashed Sweet Potato.

Quinoa, black beans, sweet potatoes, red peppers, pumpkin seeds

100% Plant-based, Dairy-free, Gluten-free, NON-GMO

Loaded Salad: Mix with fresh leafy greens and drizzle with your favorite oil free dressing.

Quinoa Bowl: Heat and mix in cooked mushrooms and spinach. Drizzle with tahini or your favorite oil-free dressing.

Simple: Enjoy hot or cold sprinkled with a little garlic powder and lemon juice.

Stuff it: Mix with chili powder, taco seasoning or salsa, and stuff into bell peppers. Bake until pepper softens. Optional: Top with fresh cilantro and/or sliced avocado.

Burrito: Heat and add to a burrito shell or taco shells along with salsa and sliced avocado.

My favorite way to eat this is on baby greens with sliced avocado and Mamasezz Ranch dressing drizzled on top.

Love this stack!

I love having this quinoa stack on hand. I use it as a bowl base and add lots of veggies on top. I like that it is pretty flavorful on its own with the peppers. Plus, there is no need to add any extra protein!

I have no title

I think this is the best no salt, oil, or salt [SOS] offering you have. It is the best ratio of beans to grain of all the meals I have tried [more beans, less grain]. Just a great combination of food groups with beans, quinoa, seeds. Neutral in flavorings to that is easily complements other items in meal.

Great side or main

Add a little hot sauce or ketchup, then serve with a piece of warm bread and I’ve got a big smile on my face. Tastes surprisingly fresh even though it’s been frozen. Like it both hot or cold. Looking to try it with different dressings.
