Worth Every Penny!
This program is FANTASTIC!! I am 62 and recently went WFPB about 4 months ago. I had been vegan before that and my cardiologist recommended WFPB for better heart health. While my heart health improved dramatically I was not losing any weight. Someone in one of my WFPB groups recommended Mama Sezz and so I did some research and with their "lose weight" guarantee I figured I would give it a try! At my age weight comes off very slowly.. and has for the last 10 years. I lose about 1-2 lbs a week... so its a healthy loss. I also have learned that I needed a better balance of food types to lose weight. Once I finish the 4 weeks (which will bring me to my weight loss goal) I will then be utilizing what I learned, along with several of my fav's from Mama Sezz ala carte plan to assure I keep the weight off and stay balanced!
I found that there was a LOT of food in this program. For my age and low weight loss goal I ended up only eating about 2/3's of the foods and the rest have filled my freezer for future use. For people more active or with larger goals I can see the need for all that food. The cool part is that you eat 3 solid great tasting meals and even have recommended snacks! They may want to add a "Senior Plan" with less food for those of us needing less food. HIGHLY recommend the program! I have already referred several of my friends.
