Strong Heart Beets Lemon Chia

Our Strong Heart Beets are pureed beets seasoned with fresh lemon. You can eat them right from the bag, blend them into a smoothie, make oil-free salad dressing, and so much more. The important thing is our Strong Heart Beets puree makes it easy peasy for you to eat more beets (no peeling, chopping, cooking, and red-stained hands). Beets, MamaSezz Date Syrup, white chia seeds, lemon juice

100% Plant-based, Dairy-free, Gluten-free, NON-GMO

Spritzy: Mix with seltzer water and orange juice

Nutty: Enjoy smeared onto all natural peanut butter toast

Topper: Dollop in your oatmeal

Blend into a smoothie: 1 frozen banana, 1 cup of frozen blueberries, 1 cup of orange juice, ½ a cup of MamaSezz Turmeric Strong Heart Beets

Beet Soft Serve Ice Cream: Blend together ⅓ cup of MamaSezz Strong Heart Beets and 2 frozen bananas. Add non-dairy milk to make it a shake!

Creamy Pink Shake: Blend together 1 cup MamaSezz Strong Heart Beets, 1/2 cup frozen cherries, 1.5 frozen bananas, 1 cup of unsweetened non-dairy milk, and ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract.

Tropical Smoothie: Blend together 1/2 cup of MamaSezz Strong Heart Beets, 1/2 cup frozen mango, 1/2 cup canned or fresh pineapple, 1 frozen banana, 1 cup of unsweetened, non-dairy milk, and Zest and juice from 1 orange (throw in the pulp as well).

Chocolate Gainz Shake: Blend together 1/2 cup of MamaSezz Strong Heart Beets, ½ cup unsweetened non-dairy milk,1 frozen banana, 2 Tablespoons cacao, 4 Tablespoons almond butter, 2 teaspoons maple syrup, and 2 teaspoons hemp seeds.

Blueberry Smoothie: Blend together 1/2 cup MamaSezz Strong Heart Beets,½ cup of frozen blueberries 1 frozen banana, and 2 cups fresh orange juice.

Berry Berry Beet: Blend together ½ cup MamaSezz Strong Heart Beets,¼ frozen blueberries, 1 frozen banana, ¼ cup frozen raspberries, ¼ cup frozen blackberries, 2 teaspoons almond butter, and 1 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk.

Refreshing Smoothie: Blend together ½ cup MamaSezz Strong Heart Beets, ½ a fresh apple, ½ cup frozen peaches, ½ frozen banana, ½ cup frozen red grapes, and 1 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk.

Pink Creamsicle: Blend together ½ cup of MamaSezz Strong Heart Beets, Zest and juice of 2 oranges (throw in the pulp as well), 1/2 frozen banana, ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1 teaspoon maple syrup or 2 dates. -Spicy Beet: Blend together ½ cup MamaSezz Strong Heart Beets, ½ cup frozen strawberries, 1 thumbnail sized piece of fresh ginger root, Zest and juice of one orange, ½ apple, and ½ cup unsweetened non-dairy milk.

Great Way to Add More Beets to Your Diet

I eat beets all the time many different ways. Also eat chia everyday and have warm lemon water often; your combo I love. Use in smoothies or add to other veggies we are cooking or make a dip or relish.

Such a Treat!!

I love this beet purée. Spread it on some toast for a sweet, healthy treat. Does not have a strong beet flavor, the lemon balances it out. I have also popped the unopened package into the freezer to use a month later and it freezes and thaws really well.

Appreciate the healthiness, but

You have to really love beats I guess...and that perhaps is logical. But I was hoping this would help me like beats. But, I include a bit in a smoothie and can't even taste it, so I'm getting my beats after all!

So yumy!

I put about 1/3c in my green berry smoothies and it was so delicious! I just felt great knowing that my naturally sweet snack was so full of antioxidants and iron -- beets, kale, and berries, you can't go wrong! A little frozen banana for creaminess and plant milk to get it all going. Easy peasy. Definitely worth the price for me not to have the mess and hassle of peeling and cooking beets on my own -- reality is I just don't do it because it is extra kitchen work. I love knowing that these beets are fresh and no crazy ingredients. Thanks MamaSezz, for quality I can trust!

So yumy!
