Do I have to do the full four weeks or can I do this for only one or two weeks?
You can pause or stop at any time during the four weeks. The meals and meal plans are designed to give you optimal results when completed in order. However sometimes it is not always possible to complete 4 weeks in a row. You can pause anytime and pick up your plan again when you are ready.

What Ingredients should I have ready when my bundle arrives?
You will receive an email with a small shopping list of additional ingredients when you purchase.

Delicious, Healthy Food!

I really enjoyed the guaranteed weight loss program. The food was delicious and I really enjoyed the convenience of having everything premade for me! I would highly recommend this program, it just makes weight loss simple and easy, especially if you are new to a plant-based diet.

Easy to follow and surprisingly delicious

I’m new to this type of diet and the food thus far (weeks 1 & 2) has been quite tasty. It’s making it very easy to stick to it! The meals are easy to heat up and prepare. I’m loving it.

Enjoyed the kick start

I really enjoyed the food, and the push the program gave me to get back on a regular schedule with my eating. The packaging leaves room for improvement - the bags of food are hard to open and get messy with liquid remnants around the seal. But overall, I enjoyed the variety of meals and ease of preparation required - and that’s even without owning a microwave!
