Do I have to do the full four weeks or can I do this for only one or two weeks?
You can pause or stop at any time during the four weeks. The meals and meal plans are designed to give you optimal results when completed in order. However sometimes it is not always possible to complete 4 weeks in a row. You can pause anytime and pick up your plan again when you are ready.

You will receive an email with a small shopping list of additional ingredients when you purchase.

Second week in

Ok but not thrilled about dressings. Stuck with for a week. Smaller portion of dressings with variety. Hate ranch and dislike balsamic. Would prefer own rice vinegar and tahini or cashew instead. Too sweet. Too many onions. Delivery easy. Meals good and filling. Low in calcium and little low in protein needs. Would like recycling to be picked up when delivery made but one is express vs FedEx ground but at least recycling is offered so thank you. Hoping meals improve third week not a fan of second week meals. Being vegan not the challenge. Liking the meals. Quinoa possibly instead of rice? First week good second week was more challenging. Also prefer to eat salad meal. 2 glasses of water seems too much at meal as was drinking 24oz so clarity on ounces of water helpful instead of glass. Other snack options? Would help. Overall hanging in there

So far so good!

I'v e been on the program for two weeks - lost 5.5 lbs the first week and .5 the second. Overall the food is really good once I add my own spices. I've really enjoyed the variety and the ease of preparedness. Not having to think much about food helps stay on the program, which is very well thought out. The only negatives I've experienced were finding fibrous bits that had to be picked out in several of the meals, which I identified mostly as the outer layer of onions that should have been removed. Also, I believe the lentils were undercooked and gave me awful gas. And the ricotta mushroom bake was delicious but the garlic was too much for me. But overall, I have really enjoyed it and the delivery and quality are great!

Excellent for busy people

This meal plan has helped me eat healthier without having to think too much about it. I love the written out meal plans. I feel like I’ve lost weight, but more importantly, I feel like I have more energy and am more satisfied when I eat. Most of the foods are delicious! The Moroccan Bowl in week three has been one of my favorites so far!

Love the Saturday emails

I am on week 3 of the weight loss bundle. I have not weighed myself since starting but judging how my clothes are fitting, I know I have lost weight. I really appreciate companies like Mamasezz. They seem dedicated to health and developing good habits. The only small downside is the fact that one must buy additional items to go along with meals. In other words the meals do not provide ALL that is needed to be successful on the plan. Along with the 200. 00 weekly price tag. You will have to buy additional items at the grocery store. I guess one cannot truly put a price tag on good health.😀

All and all, I would and have recommend Mamasezz.

Great food but needs a lot of prep

Overall I enjoy the food. The biggest caveat is the amount of prep and extra ingredients needed. I was hoping this was a program where everything I would be eating was included. It’s very much not that. One item (usually the main item in the recipe, but not always) is pre-made and sent. To follow the meal plan you need to grocery shop each week and then prep, from scratch the other items. So when the item, for example, is a tofu scramble with baked beans, you buy the tofu, onions, garlic, zucchini, prep it and cook it. Then you add a cup of the nana says baked beans. Each meal takes about 1/2 hour to make I’m finding. The food is quite good and because it’s oil free and whole plant, it’s very healthy. It’s just a bit difficult if you don’t have a lot of time to spend making meals,

Impressed!

I had no idea what to expect for this program. I understand plant based but never went all in. I learned so much about myself and plant based with this plan. For some reason I thought I would not have to do much, but these are not TV dinners. So meal prepping was the way to go and I think it really made me more accountable for me and my husband for eating. So here is a photo of my cast of characters that support my yummy MamaSezz main dishes and my favorite sauce. I lost 8 lbs. after 5 weeks, and cholesterol is down-my goal for joining! I will now continue with my own bundle until I figure out how to make it myself. Thanks

Weight Loss Program

I have really enjoyed most of the food. Really takes the guess work out of having to decide what to eat. I’m the only one who eats this way in my family, I don’t end up throwing away unused food. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is on a healthy weight loss journey.

Great way to try a lot of food

While I initially wanted to focus on weight loss, I ended up diving into WFPB education and decided to pursue it as a lifestyle change. This 4 week program helped jump start that transition for me. Impressed!

I had no idea what to expect for this program. I understand plant based but never went all in. I learned so much about myself and plant based with this plan. For some reason I thought I would not have to do much, but these are not TV dinners. So meal prepping was the way to go and I think it really made me more accountable for me and my husband for eating. So here is a photo of my cast of characters that support my yummy MamaSezz main dishes and my favorite sauce. I lost 8 lbs. after 5 weeks, and cholesterol is down-my goal for joining! I will now continue with my own bundle until I figure out how to make it myself. Thanks

Weight Loss Program

I have really enjoyed most of the food. Really takes the guess work out of having to decide what to eat. I’m the only one who eats this way in my family, I don’t end up throwing away unused food. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is on a healthy weight loss journey.

Great way to try a lot of food

While I initially wanted to focus on weight loss, I ended up diving into WFPB education and decided to pursue it as a lifestyle change. This 4 week program helped jump start that transition for me. Best part - I got to try all sorts of MamaSezz food! Now I can order what I liked to help me continue my lifestyle transition. So many options and sooo tasty!!
