We make meal-time easy with whole food plant-based meal staples to help you eat healthy at home. All of our meals are 100% delicious with 0% B.S. (you know, Bad Stuff) – and we deliver everything right to your door, fresh and ready-made. You just heat and eat.
At MamaSezz, our number one priority is to provide great tasting, healthy food to our customers. We are committed to producing whole food plant-based meal staples and are endorsed by and collaborate with a long list of leading health authorities, including the American Institute of Cancer Research. We obsess over ingredients, recipes, packaging, and customer service to ensure that anyone who orders MamaSezz, is provided all the nourishment and support needed to live their best life.
All our food is prepared and packaged in a licensed commercial kitchen in Keene, New Hampshire with all the love and attention our customers have come to expect from us.
We are obsessive about sourcing only the highest-quality ingredients from reputable partners. We work closely with local farmers and all our suppliers to ensure that every ingredient meets MamaSezz’s high standards for nutrient density, taste, freshness, and safety. We are on a mission to use organic ingredients whenever possible. We request certified organic from our suppliers and only substitute with conventional when organic is not available.
We can't customize the recipes for our dishes. We do allow up to two substitutions per bundle. To request a swap simply tell us which items you want to be swapped in the Notes section of your cart. We do ask that any swaps be made with items that are of the same a la carte price as the dish you're swapping out.
All products are made in a facility that makes items with tree nuts and soy. All MamaSezz dishes are:

All nutritional information can be found on the individual product pages on the website and on the packaging upon delivery.
Orders need to be in by 8pm ET on Sundays for delivery that upcoming week. We ship from our Keene kitchen on Wednesdays and your delivery will arrive Thursday or Friday.
You don’t need to be home at the time of delivery. No signature is required and FedEx will drop your box at your door; the food is packed with enough ice to keep it cool and fresh for up to 3 days from shipment date.
Our eco-friendly boxes have been designed and tested to keep your food fresh. It’s like a mini-fridge (fully recyclable), making sure your delivery is nice and cold on its journey to you. Take it from our fridge and put it in yours. Our cold chains are designed to keep the ice packs cold for up to three days.
Yes! Folks in Keene, New Hampshire area can absolutely pick up their orders if they prefer. Place your order online by 8 pm Sunday Eastern Time and put Keene pickup in your cart notes. Then swing by the Keene kitchen during the hours below to get your MamaSezz goodies:

We make this super easy! Our boxes come with a return-shipping label. You can schedule your free FedEx pick-up by calling 1.800.463.3339 or by going online here. Just place your empty packaging and shipping materials back into the box, slap on that return-shipping label, and schedule a pickup with FedEx. Your recycling is done so cross it off your to-do list.
It’s up to you! We deliver whatever you put in your cart. Order a la carte or get one of our curated plant-based meal bundles. Our curated bundles include custom meal plans and suggested pairings with meals. All MamaSezz meals have two to three servings.
Yes! We offer flexible subscriptions, on all bundles. We make it easy to get the fresh, ready-made meals you love when you want them! You can choose to have a bundle arrive every week, every other week, every three weeks, or every month.
Always! You can change your subscription at any time by logging into your MamaSezz account here.
You’re never locked into anything and can always cancel, pause, or deactivate your subscription. Login to your MamaSezz account here by 8 pm Eastern Time on the Sunday before your next scheduled delivery and we'll happily cancel, pause, or refund your order.

No! Everything from MamaSezz is delivered fresh and fully prepared. We chop, cut, and prepare all the whole food plant-based goodness before it gets to your door so you can get out of the kitchen and on with your life. Our food comes with easy instructions and is ready-to-enjoy in minutes. You can reheat in the oven, on the stove top, or in the microwave!
Nope! They arrive fresh. However, you can freeze MamaSezz dishes for up to two months. It's a great way to always have delicious food on hand.
Everything from MamaSezz comes with a "use or freeze by" date on the packaging. Typically, that date is within 10-18 days of your delivery. All our food freezes wonderfully (except cornbread), so if you'd like more time, pop in the freezer for up to two months.
All MamaSezz meals are prepared (like your favorite chef stopped by with a dish for you), just heat and eat.
Trays: If your meal comes in a tray you can remove the overwrap, and place the tray directly in a preheated (350 degrees) oven. It will be warm in about 15 minutes. Or empty the contents into a stovetop pan and warm on the element or microwave directly in our microwave-safe trays.
Bags: If your meal comes in a stack bag empty into a saucepan and heated on stovetop or into a microwave-safe bowl to warm in your microwave.
No, problem! We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee for damaged products. We are here to help and we’ll either replace your order or refund your money when requested within 14 days of your delivery.
