We believe strongly in the value of MamaSezz and take full responsibility for your satisfaction.
If you don’t absolutely love it for any reason, we’ll give you a full refund* for 1 bag of each flavor. No questions asked!
Just let us know within 15 Days of receiving your delivery.
And with our Empty Bag Policy, you can return 1 bag of each flavor - even if they are completely empty!**
Simply follow these easy steps:
- Email us at heartbeetgang@mamasezz.com with the subject heading REFUND and tell us that you’d like a refund and how many open/unopened bags you’ll be returning (1 bag of each product is allowed).
- We will email you the address where you can return your bag(s).
- Place the bag(s) in a box and mail it to us.
- Email us the tracking number for your return.
- We will initiate your refund within 48 hours of receiving your package.
Can I get a refund even if it’s not my first purchase?
You might have a legitimate reason to request a refund, even if it’s not your first time ordering. Use the same email and subject heading REFUND to let us know what went wrong, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
*Full refund means the total amount you paid for up to 1 bag of each product + shipping and handling + sales tax. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
**Repeated refund requests from the same customer are not allowed.

Our Only Rule is no ‘Gritchin’ which is being a crabby apple because you’re overtired, overworked, in a bad mood, ate too much pie, have a headache, watched too much news, stayed up too late scrolling through Facebook, or stubbed your toe.
