Vegan Queso Smothered Baked Burrito

Is there anything more satisfying than the humble burrito? Yes, and it's a burrito smothered in queso (dairy-free, of course).
This vegan smothered baked burrito is essentially the world's most delicious plant-based enchilada. Using our hearty vegan Millie's Chili as the filling and our best-selling Mama's Mac Sauce as the cashew queso on top, the result is one out-of-this-world Mexican-inspired feast that proves once and for all that plant-based eating is anything but boring.
Pro tip: make sure you have a few napkins on hand (but it's 100% worth the mess).
1/3 cup of MamaSezz Millie's Chili
1/4 cup of Mama's Mac Sauce
1/4 cup of green chiles
1/4 cup of red onion, finely chopped
1/3 cup of cooked brown rice, or MamaSezz Big Bag of Brown Rice
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/4 cup of fresh cilantro
1 handful of lettuce or arugula
1/3 of an avocado, chopped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Wrap your MamaSezz Millie's Chili, brown rice, 1 tablespoon of MamaSezz Mama's Mac Sauce, 2 tablespoons of red onion, and the garlic powder into a whole grain wrap.
Bake your burrito for 15 minutes, or until internal temperature is warm.
Mix the remaining red onion, MamaSezz Mac Sauce, and green chiles together and heat
Use vegan queso to top your baked burrito, and add optional toppings as desired
