Sweet, savory, and warming — a comforting plant-based meal that's a treat for your taste buds and your immune system.
An easy vegan main dish if there ever was one, enjoy with a side of grilled pineapple, or a refreshing cucumber salad.
1/2 cup of MamaSezz Jerk Spiced Lentils
1/2 a cup of cooked brown rice
1/4 a cup of diced pineapple
1/2 a teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 a teaspoon of paprika
1 yellow pepper
Preheat oven to 350.
Cut the top off a yellow pepper and take out seeds (save the top).
Stuff pepper with the additional ingredients, mixed.
Top stuffed pepper with the cap.
Bake on 350 for 45 minutes.
