Oil-Free Marinara Pasta with Veggie Sausage

Any given MamaSezz dish is of course delicious on their own...but did you know there are so many incredible ways to combine your favorite MamaSezz dishes to make out of this world whole food plant-based meals? One of our favorite family-friendly combos? Our Oil-Free Marinara Sauce and our Veggie Sausage.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 13 minutes

Servings: 1

Ingredients:

-2 MamaSezz Veggie Sausage patties

-1 cup of MamaSezz Marinara

-¼ lb of whole grain pasta (whole wheat, brown rice, lentil, bean, quinoa)

Instructions:

  1. Cook pasta (per instructions on the box)
  2. Crumble 2 sausages, and mix with marinara.
  3. Heat marinara mixture and serve over pasta
  4. Enjoy
