Ingredients

1 ripe avocado (get our tips for picking the best ripe avocado)

½ teaspoon of sea salt

½ teaspoon of garlic powder

1 Tablespoon lemon juice

1 Tablespoon Dijon

a dash of black pepper

a few Tablespoons of water
