The Ultimate Plant Based Protein Shake Recipe

1 ½ frozen ripe bananas (peel, chop, and freeze after buying)
3 Tablespoons of all natural peanut butter
3 Tablespoons of hemp seeds
1 teaspoon of flaxseed
1 ½ cups of unsweetened soy milk
2 dates (pitted, soak first for a smoother texture)
1 cup of raw spinach
Blend ingredients until smooth. Blend an additional 30 seconds.
