Ingredients

1/2 cup garbanzo flour
1/2 cup carrot, shredded 
1 small clove of garlic, minced
1/2 cup of water
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp paprika or smoked paprika

Sliced avocado

Instruction

1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well combined 

2. Cook like a pancake on a non-stick surface
