Our advice for those just transitioning to a plant-based diet? Start small. Don't overwhelm yourself by heading to grocery store in search of foods you've never heard of before. Instead, pick some of your favorite go-to recipes and try swapping some ingredients with healthier, plant-based options. Make stir-fry with chickpeas instead of beef. Add almond or coconut milk to your coffee over cream.
