5-Minute Vegan Meal: Garlic Ginger Broccoli Chick'n Recipe for Busy Weekdays

This Asian-inspired vegan meal will please even the picky eaters at your table. Even better, it only takes 5 minutes start to finish to prepare! Yep, a 5 minute and HEALTHY meal. Plus, this 5 minute vegan meal is loaded to the brim with plant protein and fiber, so you'll be full and satisfied until you next meal. So many wins!

Prep Time: 1 minute
Cook time: 3-5 minutes 
Servings: 2 servings

Ingredients: 
2 cups of steamed broccoli
2 cups of MamaSezz Garlic Ginger Protein Strips 

Directions: 

1. Mix ingredients
2. Heat in a stovetop pan or microwave until warm
3. Enjoy
