1 can of black beans 

1 cup of cooked brown rice

1/2 a cup of cashews

1/4 sun-dried tomatoes

1 baked sweet potato

1/2 lime, juiced

1 date

sea salt

black pepper

red pepper flakes


Cooking Instructions: 


Black beans in their starchy water until thick. Mix in a dash of sea salt, crushed red pepper and black pepper.


Microwave or bake...

A sweet potato until soft


Blend until smooth...

Cashews, date, lime juice, sea salt, sun-dried tomatoes, sea salt, black pepper, crushed red pepper. 


Smear or pour...

Sauce over beans, rice, and sweet potato
