You don't need dairy to have a creamy, savory meal. Proof: this recipe for Creamy Mushroom Quinoa with Vegan Alfredo. Made with Mama's Mac Sauce, this plant-based meal is rich, flavorful, and packed with calcium, fiber, and protein. No oil, no dairy, and no processed ingredients! Just whole food plant-based goodness.
Sauté mushrooms in a non-stick pan, using veggie broth to prevent sticking. Cook for about 15 minutes
Add a few more TBS of veggie broth, tamari, thyme, and garlic. Cook for an additional 10 minutes
Add freshly ground black pepper, and 1 cup of cooked quinoa and cook until quinoa is warm
Remove from heat and add ½ cup of Mama Sezz Mac Sauce
