It's 2020 and it's about time veggie burgers got a makeover, right? Presenting: The vegan burger bowl! We did it with burritos and sushi, so why not burgers? This particular recipe includes the new MamaSezz High Protein Burger, with over 15g of protein per patty! Hearty and delicious, aimed to please even the most ardent meat eater in your group. Oh, and it just happens to be healthy. How about that?
A few handfuls of leafy greens (I used iceberg lettuce and arugula)
3 Tablespoons of chopped red onion
3 Tablespoons of diced pickles
6 sliced cherry tomatoes
3 Tablespoons of MamaSezz Ranch Dressing (oil and dairy free!)
1. Heat a MamaSezz High Protein Veggie Burger on a grill, stovetop pan, in the oven, or in a toaster oven. Heat until burger browns on both sides.
2. Mix other ingredients together and top with the MamaSezz High Protein Veggie Burger.
