Ever wondered if the perfect veggie burger topping exists? It does: fried avocado. Ok, fine, this gluten-free recipe isn't technically fried; it's battered and baked. But it sure tastes fried, minus the high calorie and high fat oil.
Bonus: it's not just the BEST veggie burger topping, it's absolutely delicious on salads, in your favorite vegan wrap, as a sushi filling...even just on its own as a healthy snack. Versatile and good for you? My favorite combo.
