This light and refreshing cold lentil salad recipe is tangy, tender, crunchy and refreshing. Bring it on a picnic, to a potluck, or keep it in your refrigerator as a healthy grab-and-go lunch all week long.
2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar
1/4 a cup of freshly chopped cilantro
1/4 a cup of diced cucumber
1/2 a cup of MamaSezz Jerk Spiced Lentils
Mix all the ingredients together!
