1/2 cup MamaSezz Jerk Lentils
2 slices whole grain toast or 1 whole grain bun
2 slices red onion
Heat MamaSezz Jerk Spiced Lentils until warm.
Toast 2 slices of whole grain toast or 1 whole grain hamburger bun.
Top each slice of toast (or or bun) with half the warm lentils, some avocado, and a slice of red onion.
