Plant-Based Breakfast Recipe: Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake

Dessert for breakfast? Yes, please. This Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake makes a great dessert, but an even better plant-based breakfast. It’s rich, creamy, savory and sweet!

Taste aside; it’s filled with fiber, antioxidants, natural plant-protein, and potassium!  All the fuel you will need to power through your day. If dessert for breakfast isn’t enough to make someone go plant-based, I don’t know what is.

Cuisine: American

Category: Quick Breakfast, Smoothie

Suitable for: Plant-Based, Vegan, Vegetarian

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Yields: 2

Cooking Method: No-Cook, Blender

1 cup almond milk/soy milk

I just made my first peanut butter and chocolate shake. It is hard to believe how good it is and that its actually good for you! I am very excited to learn that these types of shakes can take the place of the sugar laden stuff you eat to satisfy your sweet tooth!! This will certainly become one of my “go to” foods for breakfast or a dessert fix. Thank you so much for enlightening me.
