This spicy, sweet treat is loaded with antioxidants, natural protein, and packed with flavor. Enjoy as a shake, or eliminate the almond milk and use a food processor to make ice cream. Either way, it’s healthy enough to eat for breakfast!
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Yield: 2 servings
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 banana, frozen overnight
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 tbs of cacao (unsweetened)
1 tbs of almond butter (all natural)
a tiny pinch of sea salt
Process ingredients together in a high-speed blender
