plenty of fiber, vitamin C, and potassium to power you through your busy day!

Yield: 1 serving
1 frozen banana
1 cup of unsweetened almond (or soy) milk
½ a tsp of vanilla extract
1 TBS of chia seeds
Blend ingredients together
