This plant-based Thanksgiving recipe could pass as a side, dessert, or even breakfast! It’s sweet, smooth, crunchy, and makes a healthy substitute for marshmallow sweet potatoes over the holidays. Japanese sweet potatoes are extremely healthy and famous for keeping people feeling and looking young.

1 cup of almond milk/coconut milk/soy milk

3/4 cup chopped pecans

5 TBS of maple syrup

1 TBS cinnamon

A pinch of sea salt
