Easy Vegan Chocolate Covered Strawberries [Refined Sugar-Free]

Don't forgo dessert this Valentine's Day just because you're following a healthy whole food plant-based diet. You deserve the best....and sometimes the best is covered in vegan chocolate.

Surprise that special someone (or heck, treat yourself) with fresh strawberries dipped in this decadent refined sugar-free chocolate sauce. This vegan dessert recipe is whole food plant-based, easy to make, and dare I say it, even healthy. 

Prep time: 5 minutes 

Servings: 12 Berries with Sauce

Ingredients:  

12 fresh strawberries

1/4 a cup of cashews (soaked until soft)

6 dates (soaked until soft)

1 Tablespoon of cacao powder

1 dash of sea salt

water 

 

Cooking Instructions: 

Blend...

all ingredients together until smooth, using just enough water to cover the nuts and dates

 

Dip...

 

Strawberries in sauce, and enjoy you evening Layer 4: Your cooked mushrooms

Layer 5: 1/3 a bag of MamaSezz Mama's Mac Sauce
