Cook Time: 20 minutes

Servings: Makes 4 bagel thins 



1/2 cup raw quinoa

1/2 cup water

1 clove of garlic

Everything bagel seasoning, or your favorite bagel seasoning  

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven...

350 degrees


All ingredients together except for bagel seasoning 


Pour and spread...

Into thin, bagel shaped rings 


for 20 minutes (longer for more crunch) and set aside to cool.
