So I was delight when Shirma, a fellow MamaSezz team member, told me about this Vegan Cornbread Breakfast Bowl that she makes with our MamaSezz cornbread and cranberry sauce. It’s not only delicious, but quick and easy too!
Seriously, I’ve never been more grateful to have my mornings back. And this Vegan Cornbread Breakfast Bowl isn't just for those rushed mornings. It makes an incredible Sunday morning brunch item paired with this antioxidant powered blueberry smoothie.

Ingredients:
-MamaSezz Cornbread (½)
-MamaSezz Cranberry Sauce (1 scoop)
-Plant based milk (⅓+ cup)
Instructions:
- Crumble ½ of a MamaSezz Cornbread into a microwave safe bowl
- Add ⅓+ cup of plant based milk (recommended: Westsoy)
- Add 1 scoop of MamaSezz Cranberry Chutney
- Microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds on high
- Enjoy with tea or coffee
