Mama's 3-Minute Vegan Lunch Bowl

What’s the buzz around the MamaSezz water cooler? This go-to lunch from our co-founder Lisa. It’s so simple, so quick, and so delicious. And the best part? No cooking involved! It's made from 3 of our favorite ready-made MamaSezz dishes - our Chickpea Scramble, our Veggie Sausage, and our dairy-free Mama's Mac Sauce.

Just heat, eat, and enjoy!

Prep Time: 1 minute

Cook Time: 3 minutes

Servings: 1

Ingredients:

  1. MamaSezz Turmeric Chickpea Scramble
  2. 1-2 MamaSezz Veggie Sausages, crumbled
  3. A few TBS of Mama’s Mac Sauce

Instructions:

  1. Add the crumbled veggie sausage to the Turmeric Chickpea Scramble
  2. Drizzle with Mama’s Mac Sauce
  3. Heat for 2 minutes, stir and heat for another minute
  4. Enjoy warm or hot
