3 oil-free plant-based mayo recipes every vegan needs to know

Think your plant-based diet means no mayo? Think again! Never pass on your favorite condiment again when you try one or all of these oil-free plant-based mayo recipes for spreading, dipping, and mixing. 

Before we begin: the easiest vegan oil-free mayo replacer...

Don't feel like making your own plant-based mayo? No worries. We've got you (and your favorite vegan sandwich) covered. Spread MamaSezz Ranch Dressing or MamaSezz Mac Sauce (both oil-free and vegan!) on your sandwich, mix into your potato salad, or use as a dip for your oil-free fries!

3 oil-free plant-based mayo recipes

1. Avocado Mayo

Ingredients:

1 ripe avocado (get our tips for picking the best ripe avocado)
½ teaspoon of sea salt
½ teaspoon of garlic powder
1 ½ Tablespoon lemon juice
1 Tablespoon Dijon
a dash of black pepper
a few Tablespoons of water for blending 

Instructions:

Blend until creamy smooth

2. Tofu mayo (fat-free!)

Ingredients: 

1 cup of silken tofu
½ teaspoon of sea salt
½ teaspoon of garlic powder
1 ½ Tablespoons lemon juice
1 Tablespoon Dijon
A dash of black pepper
A few tablespoons of water for blending

 

Instructions:

Blend until creamy smooth

3. Cashew Mayo

Ingredients: 

½ a cup of raw, soaked cashews 
½ teaspoon of sea salt
½ teaspoon of garlic powder
1 ½ Tablespoon of lemon juice
1 Tablespoon of Dijon 
A dash of black pepper
⅓ a cup of water 

Instructions:

Blend until creamy smooth
