This cheezy vegan broccoli bake is the ultimate healthy plant-based comfort food. It's full of greens like: broccoli, zucchini, spinach, and peas. And it's packed with plant-based protein, fiber, and immunity boosting vitamin C. Even broccoli haters will ask for seconds, trust me.
And yes, I know it's hard, but set aside a bag of MamaSezz Mama's Mac Sauce to make this dairy-free cheezy, immunity-boosting, protein-packed vegan casserole. You won't regret it.
1 bag of MamaSezz Mama's Mac Sauce
Pea Ricotta Ingredients:
4 cloves of garlic
1 block of firm tofu
1/2 a cup of fresh basil
1 1/2 cups of peas
Sea salt and black pepper
1 1/2 lemons
1. Sauté broccoli with a little water until soft.
2. Use a food processor to blend together pea ricotta ingredients until it is the texture of ricotta and add 1/3 of the MamaSezz Mama's Mac Sauce.
3. Blend together cooked broccoli and all of the MamaSezz Mama's Mac Sauce but a little to coat the bottom of the pan4. Layer into casserole pan:
