This dairy-free sweet treat isn’t just, a healthier alternative to ice cream, it’s straight up good for you thanks to the power of beets! Made from MamaSezz Strong Heart Beets and frozen bananas, this rose-colored dessert is naturally sweet and loaded with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, the works!
And while yes, ice cream is traditionally served as a dessert, the MamaSezz team has been known to eat this nondairy version nearly any time of day, even at breakfast (it makes a delightful pancake topper if we do say so ourselves)!

-2 Bananas (frozen overnight)
-⅓ cup of MamaSezz Strong Heart Beets
- Blend ingredients in a food processor until smooth
- Freeze leftovers
