Plant-Based Chocolate Pie with Gluten-Free Peanut Crust

Treat yourself to a plant-based protein packed pie that the whole family will love. It's loaded with antioxidants, potassium, and iron. There is absolutely no refined sugar in this decadent dessert, and it's gluten free, salt free (option), oil free and dairy free! It's even immunity boosting. 

Prep time: 15 minutes 

Servings: 6 servings


1/2 a block of tofu 

1/4 a cup of cacao powder

1 cup of peanuts 

6 dates, unsoaked

10+ dates, soaked 

Optional: Salt


Cooking Instructions: 

Pulse in the food processor...

peanuts and unsoaked dates. Optional: add a dash of sea salt



into the bottom of a small brownie pan


Blend until smooth...

tofu, soaked dates and cacao powder



on top of your peanut crumble cust



for 12+ hours before enjoying
