Creamy Vegan Green Smoothie Recipe

Your body needs good clean fuel to power your day. With only 4 ingredients, this creamy vegan green vegan smoothie is ready in 5 minutes, making it the perfect grab-and-go vegan breakfast for your healthy and busy lifestyle.

This smoothie is a MamaSezz Heartbeet Gang favorite, not just because it’s so healthy and easy, but because it tastes like a milkshake (minus the dairy bloat and refined sugar).

Prep Time: 5 minutes (freeze the banana overnight)

Servings: 1

Ingredients:

1 frozen banana (ripe!)

1 large handful of spinach or kale

2/3 cup almond milk or coconut milk (unsweetened), or soymilk (suggested: West Soy)

2 tablespoons natural peanut butter or cashew butter

Instructions

Blend until creamy…

Frozen bananas, spinach or kale, unsweetened non-dairy milk, and peanut butter
